Many families came to get their yearly photo with Santa at the pop-up cave this year!However now all the wonderful display has been packed up, and is in storage waiting for next christmas! Here are some pictures of our Cave Dwellers packing up the display!
Danny the train is already being polished up ready to have visitors! “Pop Up Christmas” is returning to Dannevirke for December 2022. Created by the team of volunteers at Dannevirke Fantasy Cave, a visit will feature a trail with activities (to follow), to meet with Santa. A new theme has been selected for this year….
We are still in recess, however we invite you to visit our “Pop-up Christmas” at the Dannevirke Fountain Theatre on Ward Street (there will be flags to follow from the Clock Tower in High Street). Admission is by koha (A gift), and a photograph with Santa will be the usual $5. We will be open…
At the Fantasy Cave we have an ANZAC display to honour the people who made the ultimate sacrifice during the wars. Please note that we are closed on ANZAC day (Tuesday 25th)

We have a new background for your official photos when you visit the Cave, which is pirate themed. The display is going to be here until at least the end of the July school holidays for you to enjoy!
